Your CycleSpares electric cycle is protected with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects of the battery and motor — the two most critical components. To keep your warranty active, simply follow our care guidelines and use authorized service centers. The 12 months motor warranty is applicable on purchases from 19th October 2025 onwards.

5. Burden of Proof & Inspection:

We're here to help! Customer must provide clear video and photo evidence of the defect to initiate a valid claim. CycleSpares reserves the right to inspect (remotely or in-person) and make the final determination as to whether the issue is a manufacturing defect. Late reporting may affect claim eligibility.

6. Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims:

For verified manufacturing defects, replacement parts are provided. Shipping charges for sending defective parts to and from CycleSpares may apply and are determined on a case-by-case basis at CycleSpares' discretion.

The CycleSpares warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects. It does not cover performance dissatisfaction, damage from improper usage/overloading, lack of riding skill (falls/collisions), terrain incompatibility, or unauthorized modifications. Subjective dissatisfaction with estimated range or speed does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

36. Inspection & Approval Authority:

All warranty claims are subject to mandatory inspection and approval by the CycleSpares technical team. This inspection may be conducted remotely (via evidence provided) or physically at CycleSpares' discretion. CycleSpares reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether any reported issue is covered under warranty as a manufacturing defect. CycleSpares' decision on all such matters is FINAL AND BINDING on the customer.

37. Strict Definition of "Manufacturing Defect":

Warranty coverage applies strictly to manufacturing defects only. For the purpose of these Terms and any warranty claim, a manufacturing defect is defined as: "A verifiable fault in materials or workmanship that effectively prevents the core functionality of the product under normal, intended, and prescribed use."
