These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CycleSpares' website (cyclespares.in) and for all purchases made through it. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use cyclespares.in if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Performance Disclaimer
Product performance including speed, range, and rideability depends on multiple external factors such as rider weight, terrain, incline, riding habits, and maintenance. CycleSpares does not guarantee uniform performance under all conditions.
📋 Definitions
"Client", "You", "Your" and "Customer" refers to the person accessing this website and placing orders.
"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our", "Us" and "CycleSpares" refers to CycleSpares by VOLT E BYK, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
"Platform" and "Website" refers to www.cyclespares.in and all associated services.
"Product" refers to any electric cycle, conversion kit, spare part, accessory, or component sold through the Platform.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client, in accordance with and subject to prevailing Indian law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
✅ Acceptance of Terms
By (i) using this Platform or any Services in any way; (ii) merely browsing the Platform; or (iii) placing an order, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
The Company retains an unconditional right to modify or amend these Terms without any requirement to notify you. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your consent and acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are binding under relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act of 2000 and all applicable Indian laws.
🔒 All Sales Are Final
All products sold by CycleSpares, including electric cycles, conversion kits, spare parts, and accessories, are sold on a strictly non-returnable, non-refundable basis. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, the transaction is considered final and binding.
This means:
- ❌ No returns will be accepted on any product once it has been sold and dispatched.
- ❌ Used Products: Returns are strictly NOT accepted once the product has been used, assembled, or operated. Any evidence of usage immediately disqualifies the product for return consideration.
- ❌ Customized Products: All customized or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- ❌ No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after payment has been completed.
- ❌ No exchanges are available for change of mind, wrong size selection, colour preference, or buyer's remorse.
- ❌ No chargebacks — Any payment dispute or chargeback initiated after successful delivery without first contacting our support team for resolution may be considered a breach of the accepted purchase agreement.
🛠️ Customization & Made-to-Order Liability
Customized products are built as per customer specifications and preferences. CycleSpares shall not be liable for dissatisfaction arising from subjective performance expectations or suitability for specific use cases once the customer has selected the configuration.
Important Acknowledgment:
The customer accepts full and sole responsibility for verifying that their custom specifications are suitable for their intended use before placing the order. CycleSpares shall not be responsible for:
- • Performance variation due to customization choices (speed, range, torque)
- • Rider comfort, usability, or ergonomic suitability related to custom builds
- • Any mismatch between subjective expectation and actual product performance
Customized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. The customer confirms suitability of the selected configuration before order confirmation. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that the product is being assembled according to your specific instructions, and once manufacturing or assembly has commenced, no changes, cancellations, or returns will be entertained.
💳 Payment & Transaction Policy
All payments made to CycleSpares are final and non-reversible. Once a payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay or any other authorized channel), the amount is non-refundable at any cost, regardless of the reason.
- • Payment confirmation constitutes your agreement to the finality of the transaction.
- • Partial refunds, store credits, or adjustments are not available.
- • In the event of a duplicate payment due to technical error, only the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification within 15–30 business days.
- • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct product, variant, and quantity before checkout.
🚫 Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellations are not entertained. The payment amount is non-refundable and cannot be refunded at any cost.
- • Before Dispatch: Even if the product has not yet been dispatched, the payment amount is non-refundable. Cancellation requests will not result in any refund, partial or full.
- • After Dispatch: No cancellations are possible once the product has been shipped. The order must be accepted upon delivery.
- • Refusal to Accept Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept delivery, the product will be returned to our facility. No refund will be issued, and the customer will be liable for round-trip shipping charges.
🔩 Accessories, Spare Parts & Components
All accessories, spare parts, replacement components, and add-on products sold by CycleSpares are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable at any cost. This includes but is not limited to:
- ❌ Batteries, chargers, throttles, controllers, and displays
- ❌ Tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, and other consumable parts
- ❌ Helmets, locks, lights, bags, and all riding accessories
- ❌ Conversion kits and upgrade components
- ❌ Any other product listed under accessories or spares on cyclespares.in
No exceptions: Returns or refunds will not be processed for wrong size, wrong model, incompatibility, change of mind, or any other reason whatsoever.
📦 Delivery, Transit & Inspection
The merchant is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs during transportation. All risk passes to the customer upon dispatch from CycleSpares' facility. We are not responsible for delays caused by environmental factors or third-party delivery agents.
- 📱 Report any transit damage on the same day of delivery via WhatsApp with clear photos and/or video.
- ⚡ Claims reported after the delivery day will not be entertained.
- 🎥 An unboxing video is mandatory to process any transit damage claim.
- 🔧 Valid claims are resolved through part replacement only — not product returns or refunds.
⚠️ Important: Always record a complete unboxing video from the moment you receive the package. Failure to document damages at the time of delivery will limit our ability to process claims. Carefully inspect the product for any visible damages before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
🤝 Pre-Delivery Acceptance Clause
By accepting delivery of the product from our logistics partner, the customer expressly confirms that:
- The product is in complete working condition at the time of delivery.
- The product specifications and features match the order placed.
- There are no visible manufacturing defects or external damages.
Any claims made after product usage will be subject to technical inspection only. Acceptance of delivery constitutes your informed consent that the product was delivered as described and in the defined working condition.
📮 Unsolicited & Unauthorized Returns
CycleSpares does not accept any product sent back to our registered address, warehouse, or any other facility without prior written authorization.
- • Sending a product back — whether by courier, post, or any other means — does not constitute a valid return and will not result in any refund, credit, or exchange.
- • CycleSpares is not responsible for any product shipped to us without authorization. Such shipments will not be acknowledged, tracked, or stored.
- • CycleSpares reserves the right to dispose of or disregard any unsolicited product received without any obligation to notify the sender or provide compensation.
🔋 Electric Cycle Range/Mileage Disclaimer
The range/mileage of electric cycles is estimated based on standard testing conditions and should not be considered a guarantee under all riding conditions. Actual range can vary significantly due to:
- • Rider Weight: Rated range assumes approximately 45 kg rider weight. Higher weight reduces mileage.
- • Road & Terrain: Rough surfaces, gravel, sand, and inclines require more energy, reducing range.
- • Weather: Extreme cold/heat and strong headwinds affect battery efficiency.
- • Battery Health: Range naturally diminishes over time with repeated charging cycles and usage patterns.
- • Riding Style: Faster speeds and aggressive acceleration drain the battery faster.
- • Additional Features: Use of lights, displays, and USB charging during rides contributes to battery drain.
- • Maintenance: Underinflated tyres, worn brakes, and unlubricated chains increase energy consumption.
Range variations due to any of the above factors are not considered product defects and are not covered under warranty or eligible for returns/refunds.
🚲 Usage Responsibility & Rideability Disclaimer
Electric cycles are subject to rider skill, terrain, weight, and usage conditions. CycleSpares does not guarantee that every customer will be able to ride or operate the product comfortably.
Product performance including speed, range, and rideability depends on multiple external factors such as rider weight, terrain, incline, riding habits, and maintenance. CycleSpares does not guarantee uniform performance under all conditions.
Important Clarification:
The customer acknowledges that electric cycles are mechanical products whose performance is inherently variable. Any stated performance figures are estimates based on ideal conditions. CycleSpares shall not be held liable for variations in performance or "rideability" caused by external factors. Any claim related to inability to ride or discomfort during operation shall not be treated as a manufacturing defect.
⚖️ No "Fit for Purpose" Customer Declaration
By purchasing a CycleSpares electric cycle, the customer confirms that they are physically capable of operating a bicycle/electric cycle, possess the necessary skills to ride one, and have undergone or will undergo adequate training before first use.
CycleSpares is not responsible for inability to ride due to lack of skill, experience, or physical fitness. The customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring their own physical and technical readiness to operate the product.
💰 Pricing Policy
The Platform enables you to purchase products at the price indicated at any time. However, we do not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in any city, region, or geography.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incomplete information due to a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Pricing is subject to change at our sole discretion without prior notice.

- Any claim for compensation, mental harassment, or emotional distress.
- Any amount exceeding the actual purchase price of the specific product paid by the customer.
THE WEBSITE AND ASSOCIATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, CYCLESPARES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CYCLESPARES OR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, VENDORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE, MISUSE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE.

- • Mandatory Pre-Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact CycleSpares support (support@cyclespares.in or +91 8074081940) and attempt to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 business days. Written evidence of this attempt is required before any legal proceedings.
- • Chargeback Protection: Any payment dispute or chargeback initiated after successful delivery without first contacting our support team for resolution may be considered a breach of the accepted purchase agreement.
- • CycleSpares reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
- • Any cause of action arising from the use of this website must be commenced within one (1) Month after the claim arises.
🛡️ Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CycleSpares, its directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising from or related to:
- • Your use or misuse of the Website or any Product purchased through it
- • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- • Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation
- • Any claim made by a third party arising from your use of the Product or Website
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and any purchase transaction.

CycleSpares shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond CycleSpares' reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, supply chain disruptions, or logistics failures.
In such events, CycleSpares' obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. No refund, compensation, or penalty shall be applicable.

By placing an order on cyclespares.in, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. All information you provide to CycleSpares is true, accurate, current, and complete.

⚡ Assumption of Risk — Electric Vehicle Usage
By purchasing and using a CycleSpares electric cycle, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of electric-powered vehicles. CycleSpares is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of its products.
✍️ Consumer Acknowledgment & Informed Consent
By completing a purchase on cyclespares.in, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable. You acknowledge that no oral representation has been relied upon and these terms are the entire agreement.
